STANDARD BILLING SCHEDULE
Effective January 1, 2011

Labor Charges
Hourly labor billing rates include salaries, benefits, insurance, taxes, overhead and profit.  Expert testimony at trials, hearings and depositions will be billed at 150% of the standard hourly rate.  For each day when testimony is provided, a minimum of 8 hours will be billed.  Preparatory time will be billed at standard rates.

Expenses

Minor miscellaneous project expenses such as local travel, equipment and instrument rental, reproduction, telephone, facsimile, postage, shipping, taxes, etc. will be estimated at 10% of total labor charges without itemization. Vehicle mileage when itemized is billed at the standard government rate.

Significant project expenses normally paid directly by client such as application fees to regulatory agencies, client newspaper advertisements, laboratory services, expensive project equipment or subcontractor services, can upon client request, be paid directly by us with a 10% added handling fee.

Health and Safety Surcharge
A surcharge will be added each day an employee is required to wear respiratory protective gear while working at a site or is required to physically work with hazardous materials.................... $100.00

Payment
Payment is to be mailed to Source Environmental, 4100 Westheimer, Suite 106, Houston, TX. 77027 and is due upon receipt of invoice.  A service charge of 1½% per month or the allowable legal rate may be charged on amounts that are past due for more than 30 days.
